RFQ - Client's Brief
Once the client lays out the procurement process, Leshe is available to bid for the project or respond to a Request for Quotation. This can be done through email, WhatsApp or a phone call. We carefully analyze the terms and condition of your request and once we figure we are able to provide the aforementioned services, we submit all the required documentation for review. During this process we are available to take questions regarding request.
Procurement
Once we have been selected, we go through the process of procuring the products, providing the services or carrying out the works required. Through this process we carefully pay attention all the clients requirement. Leshe acts on your behalf ensuring quality service delivery all the way We are constantly communicating with all our suppliers and we let the client know the status of the order through timely updates. Our staff are trained for this, and they work according to specification adhering to all protocols and procedures. By the end of the process, only the best products, work and services are produced.
Delivery/Project Handover
At the end of procurement process, the product is delivered at the request of the client all through the terms of our agreement as stipulated in the contract. The client is given time to inspect the product/services and once signed off, all final invoices are sent.
To ensure that the client get the maximum benefit from the product, we ensure the following:
- Product warranty is covered by the OEM.
- Cover and replace small defects for a stipulated period after delivery.
- Offer support and training for a stipulated period after delivery.
